Subsequent booking request

A subsequent booking request always relates to a booking request that has already been sent. It is used to convey changes or additions to the original booking request.

The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee uses a subsequent booking request to send the carrier:

  • a reminder of a booking request that has already been sent,
  • an addition to a booking request that has already been sent, or
  • a change to a booking request that has already been sent.

The applicable option has been ticked in the form.

Other than this, the subsequent booking form deals with the same topics as a regular booking request.

Action to be taken by the carrier

The carrier will book a flight according to the instructions in the subsequent booking request. More information can be found under booking request.

Costs

In case of a reminder of a booking request. that has already been sent: the costs which the Dutch government may recover from the carrier are charged from the date stated in the original booking request. NB A subsequent booking request serving as a ‘reminder’ is only issued once.

In case of an addition to a booking request that has already been sent: the Dutch government may recover costs incurred as from the date stated in the original booking request. This depends on the reason for the addition to the booking request.

In case of a change to a booking request that has already been sent: the Dutch government may recover costs incurred as from the date stated in the original booking request. This depends on the reason for the change to the booking request.
